In the Facebook Business Portfolio, we have clients in the Partners section with Full Control access for both the Facebook Page and Instagram account.
They have accepted the invitation completely, and everything is displayed correctly.
However, when I try to connect these new Partners to Windsor, I am unable to do so—I don’t see them in Windsor.
A little over a week ago (I don’t know the exact time), everything was working fine, and I could see these clients (Facebook Business Portfolio Partners) in Windsor, and the Jobs were created correctly.
Are you experiencing any issues with the “Connect your Facebook Organic account” feature?
The same issue applies to Instagram Insights.
