Limited permissions when connecting to Google my business#1233

I don’t see why you need perms to change owner of Google my business resources or to edit, read only should be enough? Would be nice if you changed to only get the perms you actually need

We cannot use you atm due to the security risk of losing our accounts, having them hijacked etc. Not saying it will happen and that we don’t trust you, but never know if our partners get hacked.

Hello! This is a Google requirement, for instance in order to access the reviews: https://developers.google.com/my-business/reference/rest/v4/accounts.locations.reviews/list

At the bottom of the page they list the required scopes:

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/plus.business.manage
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage

This includes all the permissions you see in the screenshot, and is the only option for Google My Business that Google allows at the moment
