
Summary
Currently, when users request campaign-level data without including the date dimension, Windsor tasks only refresh data within the preset range (e.g., last 30 days). For campaigns that extend beyond this window (e.g., longer than 30 days), the numbers are not updated automatically once they move outside of the rolling range.
The only workaround at the moment is for users to manually trigger a backfill every 1–1.5 months to ensure that older campaigns are refreshed and aligned with actual totals. This manual process creates friction and potential data gaps.
We propose adding a UI option to schedule automatic backfills at user-defined intervals (e.g., every month, every 45 days). This would ensure that long-running campaigns remain updated without requiring manual intervention.
Benefits:
Eliminates the need for manual backfill triggers.
Ensures campaign-level metrics (without date dimension) remain accurate over time.
Provides flexibility for users to configure backfill frequency according to their reporting needs
