Use a Google Cloud Service Account for BigQuery Data Source#1326

Currently is ony possible to connect BigQuery data source using a Google user account. Please add the option to use a Google Cloud Service Account as well.

This will allow for a more robust connection not attached to a person or company policies.

Example: The account was connected 1 day ago and already asking for reauthentication, making it impossible to use.
