Support Shopify Markets data in Windsor Shopify connector#1336

Currently, the Windsor Shopify connector only retrieves standard fields from the Shopify Admin API. However, Shopify Markets introduces additional data (e.g., market settings, localized prices, regions, currencies, domains) that are exposed through the same Admin API under the markets namespace. Users with international stores need this information to analyze performance across different markets. The request is to extend the Shopify connector to include these Markets resources so that Windsor can provide complete reporting for merchants using Shopify Markets
