Add “Send Date” (job-level) for Salesforce Marketing Cloud#1450

Please add the job-level Send Date field from Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This is the same “Send Date” shown in the SFMC Email Studio reports.

Right now Windsor only provides subscriber-level timestamps, so the main Send Date for each email send job cannot be reproduced.
Adding this field would allow users to match Windsor data with the SFMC UI and report accurately by send date.
