Support multiple emails in billing#1539

Our comany willing to receive billing emails on multiple mailboxes, it would be nice to have such functionality at https://onboard.windsor.ai/app/manage-subscription?tab=billing-info, at the moment it returns error if we are trying to use multiple emails with comma/space
