Connector Feature Request: Attentive SMS#1592

Hi Windsor.ai Team,

I’m reaching out to formally request a native Attentive connector for Windsor.ai. I’m the Director of Ecommerce at Nomatic (nomatic.com) — a DTC gear and travel brand — and we’re currently using Windsor.ai as our central data layer, with 12 connectors live including Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, Amazon SP, Google Analytics 4, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Klaviyo, Instagram, Facebook Organic, and YouTube.

Attentive is our dedicated SMS marketing platform and it drives a significant portion of our direct revenue. Right now it’s the only major channel missing from our Windsor.ai stack, which creates a real gap in our cross-channel attribution and reporting. Specifically, what we’re unable to do today:

— Include SMS-driven revenue in our blended ROAS calculations alongside paid channels
— Compare Attentive SMS performance (send volume, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per message) against Klaviyo email performance in a single view
— Attribute new vs. returning customer orders accurately across email, SMS, and paid without Attentive data in the same layer
— Build automated daily/weekly revenue reports that reflect total owned channel contribution

Attentive does have a robust API (https://docs.attentive.com) that exposes campaign performance data, subscriber metrics, flow/journey data, and revenue attribution — so the technical foundation for a connector exists on their side.

The key fields we’d need from an Attentive connector to make this valuable:

  • Campaign name, send date, channel (SMS/MMS)
  • Messages sent, delivered, clicks, CTR
  • Conversions, revenue attributed, revenue per message
  • Unsubscribes, unsubscribe rate
  • Journey/flow name and performance metrics
  • Subscriber list size and growth

Attentive has 8,000+ brand customers and is one of the top enterprise SMS platforms for DTC ecommerce. I’d expect strong demand for this connector across your customer base, particularly from Shopify brands already using Windsor.ai for paid channel reporting.

I’m happy to assist with testing or provide a sandbox API key if that would accelerate the build. Please let me know if this is something that can be added to the roadmap, and whether there’s a feature voting page where I can help amplify this request.
