I’m trying to connect my Shopify store to Windsor.ai but I’m running into issues because Shopify no longer supports legacy custom apps as of January 2026.
My details:
I’ve created a new app called ‘Windsor’ in the Shopify Dev Dashboard and have my Client ID ready, but the new Dev Dashboard setup flow is different from your current connection guide and I can’t work out how to set the correct API scopes or complete the connection.
Could you please provide updated instructions for connecting Shopify using the new Dev Dashboard? Or if there’s an alternative connection method that works with the current Shopify setup, I’d love to know about that too.
