fetch all accounts EXCEPT [List of Accounts]#1617

Hello,

We are currently pulling data across various sources using multiple platforms. We have access to over 3,000+ accounts, but we only need data for about 400 - 600 of them.

Our core requirement is the ability to automatically fetch data from all available accounts, including any newly discovered ones, while simultaneously applying an explicit exclusion list (blocklist) for accounts we do not want to download.

A static “allowlist” (manually selecting only the accounts we want) does not work for us, as the automatic discovery and syncing of newly added accounts is a critical functionality for our workflow.

Could you please add this “fetch all EXCEPT [List of Accounts]” logic?
