Hi Windsor.ai team,
I’m writing to formally request Microsoft Clarity as a native data connector in Windsor.ai.
We’re a Pro customer running Sedona Crystal Vortex (sedonacrystalvortex.com), a Shopify Advanced ecommerce store with Klaviyo, Google Ads, GA4, and several other channels already connected. Microsoft Clarity is installed and actively collecting behavioral data — session recordings, heatmaps, rage clicks, dead clicks, and scroll depth — across our full site.
The gap we’re experiencing: Clarity’s behavioral signals are isolated from our revenue and attribution data. When we identify a high-bounce page in Windsor.ai, we have to leave the platform entirely to investigate in Clarity. When Clarity shows a rage-click pattern on a product page, we can’t immediately correlate it with that product’s revenue performance or traffic source in Windsor.ai. The insight is there — the connection between them isn’t.
What we’re looking for in a Clarity connector:
— Session and recording metrics by page (sessions recorded, rage click rate, dead click rate, scroll depth)
— Behavioral signals surfaced alongside channel and revenue data (e.g. traffic source × rage click rate)
— The ability to filter Windsor.ai reports by Clarity behavioral segments
Microsoft Clarity has a full API and is free, meaning zero cost barrier for your users to connect it. Given how many ecommerce and DTC brands are running Clarity alongside GA4, this feels like a natural addition to Windsor.ai’s connector library — and a meaningful differentiator from reporting tools that only surface quantitative metrics.
Happy to provide more detail on our use case or participate in any beta if this moves forward.
Thanks for considering it.
