There is currently no way to calculate accurate net revenue in Windsor.ai. The existing fba_customer_returns report captures the physical return date, not the financial refund date, creating a timing mismatch that makes revenue reporting unreliable.
What we need
Access to Amazon’s GET_FLAT_FILE_RETURNS_DATA_BY_RETURN_DATE report, which contains transaction-level refund data tied to the actual refund request date.
Impact
Without this, every Windsor user building revenue dashboards in Power BI, Looker, or any BI tool is forced to report gross revenue only. Net revenue — one of the most fundamental e-commerce KPIs — is simply not possible with the current data available.
Who this affects
Any seller tracking profitability, comparing performance across periods, or reconciling Windsor data with Amazon Seller Central dashboards.
