GoHighLevel Appointments / Service Bookings v2 Endpoint#1721

I’m writing to request the addition of the GoHighLevel Appointments / Service Bookings v2 data to our Windsor.ai integration.

Currently, our GHL connector syncs Transactions, Orders, Invoices, Contacts, Opportunities, and Pipelines successfully. However, we’re missing access to appointment and booking data, which is essential for our operational reporting.

Specifically, we need access to the following GHL API endpoint:

GET /calendars/events

This endpoint supports filtering by calendarId, serviceId (Service Bookings v2), userId, and groupId, and returns appointment details including:

  • Appointment status (booked, confirmed, showed, no-show, cancelled)
  • Service ID and service name
  • Date, time, and duration
  • Assigned staff / calendar
  • Contact ID

Our use case is building a monthly dashboard that tracks bookings by day, week, and service type — similar to what we currently do with transaction data.

Could you confirm whether this endpoint is on your roadmap, or if it can be enabled for our account?
