We would like Windsor.ai’s Shopify connector to support Shopify Payments payout information.
Currently, the connector provides access to Orders, Customers, Products, Inventory Items, Shops, and Tender Transactions, but it does not expose payout-related data available in Shopify Admin.
We need access to the following Shopify Payments fields:
Payout Date
Payout ID
Payout Status
Payout Amount
Settlement Date
Balance Transaction ID
Associated Order ID / Order Number
These fields are available in Shopify Admin under:
Finance → Payments → Transactions
This functionality is essential for:
Financial reconciliation
Accounting processes
Cash flow tracking
Matching orders to bank settlements
BI reporting in Power BI, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms
Currently, it is not possible to reconcile Shopify orders with actual payout settlements through the Windsor.ai connector.
Adding support for Shopify Payments Payouts would significantly improve financial reporting capabilities.
Our business relies on matching Shopify orders with actual payout dates received from Shopify Payments, and this data is currently unavailable through the connector.
