Hi Windsor.ai team,
We use Windsor.ai to pull organic Instagram data for 47 connected business accounts (Strike Brasil’s network of franchise units), which feeds a live reporting dashboard we use to track each unit’s posting consistency.
We’d like to request that the Instagram connector expose collaborator/co-author data for media items, matching what’s available in Meta’s own Graph API — specifically the GET /{ig-media-id}/collaborators endpoint, which returns each collaborator’s id, username, and invite_status (accepted / pending / declined).
Two related things would help us:
A new field on the Instagram connector (e.g. media_collaborators) exposing that same data per post, so we can identify which posts are collabs and who they’re with.
Confirmation on current behavior: does the existing media data returned by the Instagram connector already include posts where a connected account participated as an invited collaborator (rather than as the original publisher)? If not, our per-unit post counts and “days since last post” metrics could be undercounting real activity whenever a unit posts via a collab initiated by another account.
Happy to share more context on our use case if useful. Thanks for considering this!
Best,
Rafael Fonseca
