Xandr/Appnexus additional fields#34

Additional fields for Xandr/Appnexus are required:

• Account name
• Account ID
• Campaign name
• Campaign ID
• Line item name
• Insertion order name
• Conversions
• Placement
• Viewability
• Media cost
• Conversion rate (%)

Hello , Is there a way to get the creative image url ? i can’t find the field in the documentation .

Also it seems like the documentation isn’t up to date anymore . Some fields that are accessible using the “fields” but are not in the Windsor documentation page. ( line_item_id , insertion_order_id, campaign_id)
