adjust cohort reports#625

User would like to have a cohort report with multiple cohorts and revenues in one.

Hi, and thanks for this request.

We investigated providing an Adjust cohort report that combines multiple cohort periods (day / week / month) and their revenues in a single output. Unfortunately this is not retrievable from Adjust’s current API, and the limitation is on Adjust’s side:

• The only Adjust API that ever returned cohorts split by period was the legacy KPI Service cohorts endpoint. Adjust shut that service down on 27 March 2024.
• Its official replacement, the Report Service API that our connector uses, intentionally does not provide a per-period cohort breakdown. Its cohort metrics (such as cohort revenue) are cumulative-to-date, and there is no period dimension to split them into separate day, week or month cohorts.

So the data this report needs is no longer available from Adjust programmatically, which means we cannot build it in the connector. We will revisit if Adjust reintroduces per-period cohorts in their reporting API. Sorry we could not build this one, and thanks for the suggestion.
