Instagram Ads are already available through the Facebook (Meta) connector, since Instagram advertising runs on the Meta Ads platform. To isolate Instagram, add the Ad Platform field (id: publisher_platform) and optionally Ad Placement (id: platform_position), both in the Impressions table, then filter to Instagram. You can also set the Instagram account ID option for Instagram-specific ads.
